He is a fantastic all rounder, great in the kitchen, fantastic on the river and always happy for a chat and a laugh. All our clients rave about Rajesh after the trip. He really does go out of his way to ensure that you have the best experience with us on your adventure holiday trip. He gets along well with everyone and his highly respected by his colleagues.

Rajesh is also a SUP board instructor as well so if you ever want to learn stand up paddle boarding then this is the man. He is based out of our office in Pokhara office where you can meet and learn from him on the spectacular Fewa lake.
His very good and patient instructor and is developing his kayaking and guiding skills more and more as he gains more experience. Rajesh has a great attitude toward his job and this shines through in the way he conducts himself both on the river and trekking trips as well as in the office. He always has a smile on his face anything you ask him to do he will be there for the job.

Other Responsibilities

Rajesh is responsible for supporting adventure trips both on and off the river, ensuring guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. His duties include assisting with river operations, providing excellent customer service, supporting kitchen and camp duties, and helping with trekking and rafting trips as required. As a SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) instructor, he teaches guests on Fewa Lake in Pokhara, delivering patient and effective instruction. He also supports office-based activities when needed and continues to develop his kayaking and guiding skills, contributing positively to team morale through his friendly attitude and strong work ethic.
