“SUP” Stand Up Paddle Boarding
Stand Up Paddle boarding is the newest and biggest boom in the water sports world, so why not come and see the Adventure Hub Nepal office in Kathmandu or Pokhara to check out what all the hype is about, develop your skills and take home amazing memories that will last a lifetime.
We can provide a SUP experience for everyone, from self-hire on Pokhara lake to guided half day sessions with fully qualified and experienced guides, to multi day excursions taking inflatable SUP boards on the mighty Himalayan rivers such as the Seti and Trishuli.
We are also planning to take the SUP boards along on our multi day trips for our participants to try out on longer river trips.
Adventure Hub Nepal is the first company to offer this water sport in Nepal and we are keen to promote this to be the people’s choice of sports.
Fewa Lake SUP Session
We run sessions on Fewa lake twice a day a morning session with sandwich for lunch and an afternoon session with a can of cold beer included to enjoy after the session. If you want to learn or improve you SUP skills then this is the place to do it. After you do three to four sessions on the lake with our export instructor you will then be ready tackle the whitewater rapids on the Trishuli or Seti Rivers. These SUP trips are one night two days. You can choose to do 1 night 2 days or even more time on the mighty Trishuli River and explore it’s ever changing landscape and gorges as it carves its way through the mid Himalayan mountains. The Trishuli offers countless kilometres to explore from easy rapids to the more challenging for professionals.
Come and take advantage of our professional guides and learn new skills and confidence as you take part on this incredible journey. Our guides are multi-disciplined, qualified in kayaking, rafting, SUP boarding, cooking, white water rescue and many more.
Feel at ease and safe with the guides. Safety is our number one priority, ensuring each safety measure possible is covered. Some groups or individuals depending on experience and skill may be asked to portage (walk around) rapids based on competencies.
Lower Seti River
Come and try our 1 night 2 days stand up paddle boarding down the Seti River or even more time exploring the famous lower Seti valley as you make your way towards Chitwan National Park. With numerous rapids of grade 2-3 this helps deliver you a fun and enjoyable journey on this magnificent river. Take your time to relax and enjoy the journey witnessing the extraordinary wildlife, the local villages and multiple waterfalls along the way. These experiences make this river one of the most popular adventure and holiday destinations in Nepal.
