Born in Mugling, Icchhakamana, Chitwan, he has built a remarkable career working not only in Nepal but also internationally in countries such as India, Tibet, China, and Norway. Over the years, Hira has developed a deep understanding of river dynamics, whitewater safety, and guest management, which allows him to handle challenging conditions with skill and confidence.
