Since 2013, Anil has worked as the Operations Manager for Adventure Hub Nepal in both Kathmandu and Pokhara. He manages the efficient operation of two boat houses and two offices, a challenging position that he does with enthusiasm and effectiveness.
In addition to operations, Anil instructs Stand Up Paddle (SUP) paddling on Fewa Lake and the Trishuli and Seti Rivers. He offers an extensive range of water sports expertise, is entertaining on the water, and picks things up quickly. He is a sociable, trustworthy team player with outstanding communication abilities in English. He's always willing to help and make sure each visitor gets the greatest treatment.
As an Operations Manager, his role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring trips run smoothly and safely. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating itineraries, managing staff and guides, maintaining safety standards, handling logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The manager also oversees equipment maintenance, monitors budgets and expenses, and supports marketing efforts and partnerships. Additionally, they respond to emergencies and ensure all activities comply with regulations and safety protocols.
